Testing Methodology and Verification Limits
Documentation review
The guide content was checked against the published 3.5.2 release, its tagged README and relevant source code, together with primary Windows memory documentation. Instructions are a proposed workflow unless a page explicitly identifies measured observations.
Website checks are not software tests
HTML validation, link checks and browser rendering assess this website. A click test with a replacement FileDrop function confirms the page calls that function; it does not exercise the supplied obfuscated service script or validate a downloaded Windows executable.
No claimed Windows lab results
This build does not include a completed Windows test of the Mem Reduct program, a signed-binary audit, or a controlled benchmark. Screenshots retained from the supplied archive are labeled as reference images and may show an older interface.
A repeatable user comparison
- Record Windows build, architecture, program version and cleanup settings.
- Choose a real task and repeat it under comparable application and background-load conditions.
- Separate memory measurements from task duration and observable stalls.
- Keep raw results, repeat several runs, and disable the change when the workload becomes worse.
